​When Val and Thomas of Cycling Across Canada for mens mental health hit a major setback during their coast-to-coast journey—having their bikes stolen during a CBC interview—our city rallied to help.

​While the community helped restore their ride, Offer had the privilege of treating both Val and Thomas to help their muscles recover, recharge, and reset. Supporting people doing such vital work for men’s mental health is something we are proud to champion, and the EQ Wellness Team is standing right behind them!

July 1st is also Ryan’s five-year anniversary as a Registered Massage Therapist! Did you guess it right?

Ryan’s dedication to learning, his thoughtful approach to care, and his commitment to helping people through every stage of wellness and recovery have made a lasting impact on our clients and our team. We’re incredibly grateful to have him as part of Equilibrium.
