I think you hypnotize yourself every single day without noticing.

I know that sounds strange coming from a hypnotherapist. Stay with me.

Every time you replay a worry, the same scene, the same argument, the same fear at 2am, you're rehearsing.

And the deeper part of you doesn't check if it's real. It just takes the repetition as instruction.

So the worry becomes the default. You practiced it into place.

I did this for years myself. I called it thinking. It was training.

Here's what changed things for me. The mechanism isn't the problem. The aim is.

The same repetition that grooved in the worry can groove in calm. Gently. A few quiet minutes a day, picturing how you want to feel, in detail, on purpose.

No forcing. No willpower fights. Reps, honestly. Small ones.

If you feel stuck in the same loop, you might already be very good at self-hypnosis. You've just been running someone else's script.

So that's the whole idea. You're already doing the practice. I highly recommend choosing what it's practicing.

Healing from trauma doesn't always have to be a painful journey of reliving the past. There’s a profound shift in perspective happening in therapeutic circles—one that suggests you don't need to re-experience old wounds to fully release them.

Many traditional approaches, like exposure therapy, focus heavily on revisiting past traumas. But what if there’s a gentler, more effective path? This discussion challenges the status quo, offering a refreshing insight into why some healing methods bypass the need to go back in and instead focus on moving forward. It’s a powerful reminder that we are constantly evolving our understanding of the human mind and that deeper, less painful healing is entirely possible.

That craving got hired for a job a long time ago.

I keep coming back to this in my sessions.

When I follow a craving down to its root, it almost never lands on the substance. It lands on a moment. Somebody young, holding a feeling that was way too big for them.

Nobody helped them hold it.

So the subconscious did what it does. It found something that made the feeling quieter and it kept that instruction running for decades.

The drink, the food, the scrolling. Those are just the current tools for that old job.

I learned this in my own life first, honestly. I sealed a feeling away as a kid because letting it out wasn't safe, and it steered me from underneath for years before I knew it was there.

Here's the part that gives me hope. Willpower fights the tool. The root work updates the instruction itself.

When the original feeling finally gets met, in a safe space, with real care, the craving tends to quiet on its own. No war against yourself required.

That's the whole shift for me. The substance was never the enemy. It was a young person's best attempt at surviving something, and it can be thanked and retired.

If you're carrying something like this, I highly recommend getting curious about what the craving is protecting you from feeling. That's where the healing actually lives.

Ever feel like your brain is standing in the way of your own creativity? Sometimes the best ideas are the ones that arrive without an invitation, bypassing logic entirely. This insightful clip breaks down the art of automatic writing—a simple yet transformative practice of silencing the inner critic and letting instinct take the wheel. By focusing on that immediate, gut-level spark, writers can tap into a flow state where the pen almost moves on its own. It’s a powerful reminder that there is no such thing as a “bad idea” when you’re learning to trust your intuition. Stop the overthinking and start listening to what’s trying to come through.

My sessions run three hours. The hypnosis is only two of them.

People ask about that a lot.

The first 15 minutes we set an intention. Just getting clear on why we're here.

Then 15 minutes where I explain how hypnosis actually works, so nothing feels strange or scary.

Then two hours in hypnosis. That's the deep part.

And then 30 minutes at the end, integrating whatever healing and wisdom came through.

I used to think that last part was just a nice landing. It's actually where the change gets to stay.

I learned this the hard way. After my own deep experiences, I couldn't just stand up and drive home. I needed quiet before what I saw became something I could use.

So I build that quiet in for every person I work with.

The intention gives the two hours a direction. The integration lets them carry it home.

That's the whole structure. Care before, depth in the middle, care after.

Imagine living a life where a single day feels like an eternal cycle of uncontrollable exhaustion and chaos. For one individual, this nightmare became a reality due to an incubus—a malevolent entity known for wreaking havoc on the physical body.

The struggle was debilitating: constant, overwhelming arousal that made everyday tasks, work, and normal living impossible. It’s a chilling reminder of the unseen forces that can impact human life. Witness how a practitioner intervened to help, spending three intense sessions focused on releasing this entity and reclaiming the victim's autonomy. It is a rare, haunting look into the world of spiritual exorcism and the pursuit of peace.

That tight jaw might be grief you never got to feel.

I keep noticing this with clients. Someone comes in for fatigue, or a chest that feels heavy for no reason the doctors can find.

Then we go beneath the surface and there it is. A loss from years ago that was never allowed to move.

The mind buries what overwhelms it. That's protection, and honestly, for some of us it was survival.

But the body keeps holding it. Quietly. Every single day.

Talking about the loss rarely reaches it. Words live in one layer. The grief lives in a deeper one.

That's why I work with regression. In a state of safety and love, we go to where the grief is actually stored. The person doesn't have to relive the pain or tell the story again.

It simply gets to move. Often for the first time.

I felt this myself after my father died in 2018. I thought I had processed it. My chest knew better.

Grief that never moved is still waiting to be met. Gently. Beneath the words. And when it's met there, it can finally leave.

Ever wonder how different psychic abilities actually manifest? This fascinating conversation dives into the lives of three sisters, each blessed with a unique gift for connecting with the spiritual realm. From hearing guiding messages in a crowded store to seeing snippets of stories in everyday life, their journeys are as varied as they are profound.

The eldest sister recounts an unexpected encounter that led her to tarot, eventually receiving direct guidance from Archangel Michael, while her siblings navigate their clairvoyant and claircognizant experiences in their own distinct ways. It’s a powerful reminder that spiritual connection isn't one-size-fits-all—sometimes it’s a whisper, sometimes a vision, and sometimes just a deep, unshakable knowing. Whatever form the message takes, the key takeaway is always to trust that gut instinct.

Your body can't tell an imagined safe place from a real one.

I used to carry other people's stress from meeting to meeting until my whole day ran on threat. Now I do this between calls.

1. Eyes closed.
2. Three slow exhales, each longer than the inhale.
3. One clear image of a place where I feel safe.

Two minutes.

The long exhale tells your nervous system the danger passed. The image tells the deeper part of you where you are now. That part answers it like it's real, and the body follows.

I highly recommend trying it before your next meeting. Breath out longer, picture the place, let your body catch up.

Imagine a therapeutic process that moves beyond mere conversation and taps into a somatic release felt throughout the entire body. When clients move from talking about behaviors to actually experiencing a shift, the results are nothing short of transformative.

This perspective explores the fascinating intersection of therapy and energy work, specifically focusing on the process of identifying and releasing entities located in the fourth dimension. By facilitating this guided release, practitioners can help clients gain immediate clarity and profound emotional relief, rather than just analyzing the why behind their struggles. It is a deep dive into how aligning and understanding these influences can permanently change a person's life trajectory.
