Plant Girl Summer Part 1.5 ✨☺️
Planted a variety of plants last week!
Strawberries 🍓
- Not only are they delicious, but they are super beneficial to our health and wellbeing in a variety of ways! They help boost immunity, support brain function, improves digestion, and so so much more!
Peas 🫛
- Also a delicious little plant, has a variety of benefits in heart health, gut health, blood sugar regulation, and more!
Lavender 🪻
- This little plant helps calm the nervous system by reducing anxiety and stress, helps improve sleep, and more depending on the plant!
Tomato 🍅
- This red fruit/vegetable is important to heart health, is known to reduce the risk of certain cancers, supports vision, and is essential to bone health!
Garden Sage 🌱
- This little herb can help with a variety of things including cognitive function, helps digestion, soothes sore throats, and of course you can use it in smudging, and more!
Rosemary 🌿
- Is another neat herb that benefits cognitive function, soothes gut health, promotes immune function, and can help with pain relief!
