The internal bra is a surgical technique that provides long-term internal support for your breasts using Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM). Think of it like a hammock built right into your body, supporting your breast tissue and implants to prevent sagging and maintain a beautiful shape, from the inside out.

Having performed over 250 of these cases, I’ve found it to be particularly ideal for:
✔️ Patients with thin tissue
✔️ Those wanting longer-lasting results
✔️ Revisions after previous surgeries
✔️ Patients who have lost a significant amount of weight
