💧 What’s the right answer?

If you picked B or C, you’re on the right track! 🙌

A general guideline is:
💦 Women: about 2.7 L/day (from all fluids and foods)
💦 Men: about 3.7 L/day (from all fluids and foods)

That works out to roughly 2–3 litres (8–12 cups) of fluids per day for many adults.

☀️ On hot summer days, or if you’re exercising, sweating more, or spending time outdoors, you’ll likely need more to stay hydrated.

Listen to your body, don’t wait until you’re thirsty, and keep a water bottle close by!
