A message from Ashley:

My massage therapy practice is currently at full capacity, and I am currently not accepting new clients. My priority is ensuring my existing clients receive consistent care. We have an incredible team here! I highly recommend booking with one of the other talented massage therapists at our clinic, who are currently accepting new clients. If you are a current client of mine, you can continue booking your sessions as usual.

How often should you go for AT?

It really depends.

If you have a new injury that's causing you a lot of pain possibly weekly or twice a week

If you have an injury that is healing and is improving with some homework, every 2-3 weeks

If you have a chronic issue that is helped by a tune up every so often, every 4-8 weeks

For a more personalized answer, book your AT assessment and we will help make a plan with you!

Congrats to all the participants of the Manitoba Marathon!

We would like to highlight 2 of our FGW supporters who accomplished their goals and participated for the first time!

Tracy completed her first half marathon in her goal time!

Jim completed his first full marathon! He just narrowly missed his goal time, but hit a new PR for his half marathon completion time and unlocked a new desire to continue bettering himself for the next one!

We are super proud of the work both of you put in leading up to the race!

All race participants-don't forget to book in your massage and athletic therapy sessions this week! Good recovery will help you get back out there as soon as possible!

A great weekend of learning, networking, connecting with old friends, and making new friends!

As athletic therapists, we partake in continuing education. The CATA Conference is a great event that happens every 2 years that has AT specific learning and a few social opportunities along the way!
