One thing I love to help clients with is getting back old hobbies or starting new ones!
My newest hobby is knitting and the timing cannot have been more perfect. Current project is the “Melt the Ice” hat which is a nod to Norwegian resistance to the N***s. The proceeds of the pattern went to supporting the people in Minneapolis who are affected by the presence of ICE.
If you’re wondering what kind of therapist I am, I stand with the people of Minneapolis.
So while I am currently not living in the US I do recognize the importance of remaining aware of what is going on in the world and standing alongside those people who are struggling.
