🚨Friendly Reminder that the elevator in the building is currently being renovated for the next 8 weeks. Please use the staircase in front of the elevators.

There is an electric stairway evacuation chair for those who need assistance going up and down the stairs as well as onsite personnel (Impact Security) to help assist you.

🥊Thank you Pan Am Boxing Club for having us at the Pan Am Games over the weekend. All the athletes worked out from 9am-5:30pm to help raise money to fund transitional housing for young men at Pan Am Place.

Pan Am Place has been serving the community since 2013 to provide sober living, housing, access to a healthier active lifestyle to enable men ages 18+ to progress toward independent living!

All the participants at the games did an amazing job!

✨ SEATED GLUTE/HAMSTRING STRETCH
Feeling tension in your glutes/ hamstrings? Here is a stretch that you can do throughout the day.

° Plant feet onto the ground
° Sit up straight
° On the side you want to stretch, place that foot onto your knee
° Slowly lean forward until you feel a stretch/ mild discomfort
° Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 3x.

Please be do not attempt the stretch if you have difficulties bending the knee or have hip restrictions. You can ask your therapist at solace for an alternative stretch to help target the same area ☺️
