Wild Renewal is not going anywhere, but we are taking some time to reflect and reorganize so we can return even stronger.
What started as a decision to take the plunge and start our business now rather than wait for someday…
…Suddenly became living in a chaotic timeline of back to back events and all the behind the scenes work required, while juggling taking care of our children, and the rollercoaster of sleepless nights and tough days between teething, flu’s etc and Janelle also working part- time…
While our first few events were pure magic and affirmed the impact and importance of the what we are creating for women…
We were operating in a way, where one of our crucial pillars to our business was not being met…
We were both personally living in flight mode, and putting the business and caring for others before caring for ourselves, while also being by unable to hold space and be there for each other.
Wild Renewal is meant to be a movement, to encourage Women to step out of burnout culture, and ensure they are being held and cared for, rather than running on empty. We of course do not intend to burn ourselves out in the process.
We have had to move one of our summer events to November 2026, and our weekend experience to 2027.
This is giving us both time to realign, and make sure we move forward from a strong foundation, where we are both embodying and practicing what we are preaching.
It was absolutely amazing to be deeply cared for, with a sound bath by Earth Within and a facial massage by Mackenzie DeLong last night.
