SEPTEMBER
As the season begins to change, I allow myself
to change with it.
I release what has run its course and make space for what is ready to emerge.
Like the leaves preparing to turn, I honour
the beauty in transtormation.
I do not need to fear the changing seasons
within me.
I trust that every shift is guiding me closer
to who I am becoming.
This month, I welcome a new beginning.
I ground into what is true.
I soften into what is changing:
And I trust the beauty of becoming.

🪶On SEPTEMBER 20th, from 10am-4pm I am facilitating another Medicine Wheel Workshop .

🪶What a privilege and honour to hold sacred space and move over 40 women through my Medicine Wheel Workshop. Held in the spirit of Shamanism and guided by the four directions and animal archetypes, this workshop is a beautiful journey of discovery and healing. If you feel called to peel back your personal and ancestral layers, so that you can step into your purpose, this is the workshop for you.

Join us on SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 20th as we gather in ceremony for ourselves. To acknowledge who we were, who we are, and who we are becoming. With open hearts we welcome you. Amen. Aho. And so it is.
