✨ Exciting News at LivWell! ✨

Please join us in welcoming Victoria, RMT, to the LivWell team! 🎉

Victoria will be joining us this July, and her schedule is now open for booking. She will be supporting Gwen’s clients while Gwen is away on maternity leave, as well as welcoming new clients to the clinic.

Victoria brings a strong background in rehabilitation and manual therapy, having graduated from the Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant program at St. Clair College and the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College, where she earned a place on the President’s Honour Roll.

With a passion for sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and helping people move with confidence, Victoria combines thorough assessments, hands-on treatment, and therapeutic exercise to create individualized treatment plans that support recovery, performance, and long-term wellness.

As an active member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association, Victoria is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest research and treatment approaches.

We’re thrilled to have her join our team and can’t wait for you to meet her! 💜

Hi! My name is Gwen, I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me. I started practicing Massage Therapy almost 2 years ago. Recently I decided to make a change & join Olivia on her journey with LivWell and I’m so glad I did. I’m so happy to work alongside someone who cares about client care as much as I do.

One of the reasons I became a Massage Therapist is to help people feel better & naturally rehabilitate and I love that I get to come to work and feel good about what I do.
In my 2 years I have worked with children as young as toddlers to elderly clients that were into their 90s. I learned you are never “too young” or “too old” to start your wellness journey.

I am so grateful for the support of my regular clients as well as new ones. I look forward to continuing to provide you with the highest level of care from relaxation to chronic pain management.

Hey! Let me introduce myself 😊

My name is Olivia and I opened LivWell in September of 2023. This has already been such an exciting adventure and it has been such a privilege to have a wonderful friend and colleague through this journey.

Opening a clinic has been a very recent dream of mine. I didn’t imagine myself starting my own business this early in my career, but it was calling me and I am so happy that I made that leap of faith. This year has shown me what it means to be a good and effective therapist. I want my clients to feel better and I will continue to do what I can to make that happen. Thank you to all of my regular and new clients for putting your trust in me. I couldn’t do this without you.

This is such an exciting day for us. Gwen will be starting at the clinic today (Sept 5). We can’t wait to see you at the clinic :) Here is some information about LivWell Clinic.

Location: 514 Princess St, Woodstock, ON, N4S 4G9
The clinic is on the lower level of the building, accessible with stairs or elevator. We are in the first unit straight ahead.

Parking: Visitor parking is available at the back of the building. Additional parking is available nearby if the parking lot happens to be full.
