Ever feel like a fraud? What a year it has been. A critical window opens and transformation and change occurs. Not without resistance. “How much do you want it?” The criticism from within a greater torture. One paper cut of the heart at a time.

Best just hold on and roll, flow, take blows and experience the buffeting of moulting.

Keep the basics in line. Keep in mind, the basics. Always return home to there. The mind, the body, the soul.

Nourish it. Take risks for it. Fight for it.
