xing than a full body massage (feel relaxed for 2-3 day after your session!). Reflexology helps to balance the physical, mental and emotional aspects of your whole body. What happens during a reflexology session?

•You will be lying down on a massage table with pillows and blankets
•Only the feet are touched, and occasionally up to mid-calf area. So no need to disrobe!
•There are over 65 reflex points on your feet that correspond to all areas of the body. Through pressure techniques, all reflex points are stimulated.
•At the end of the treatment I will address both feet, going over all reflex points again and covering all surfaces using shea butter or an oil
*Treatments are usually 45-60 minutes

Broccoli contains 70% of your DV for vitamin C in just a 1/2 cup!
Vitamin K1... essential for proper blood clotting and bone health.

Lets talk about ☆PROTEIN☆ for a minute!
Our diets should consist of three macronutrients. That is, protein, fat, and carbs. (Micronutrients are your vitamins and minerals --hence *micro*)
They are all important and affect the body in different ways. But, for now lets focus on protein! It:
KEEPS YOU FULL...Protein, is the most filling macronutrient. (Keeps you full with less food.) One reason for this is a hormone called *ghrelin*... the hunger hormone. Protein actually reduces levels of this hormone, controlling appetite.
If you need to lose some belly fat, swap out some carbs for some protein. I use My Fitness Pal and it allows you to edit your macro goals.
MUSCLE MASS... your muscles are made of protein. Its really important you keep your protein HIGH if you want to grow or maintain muscle. Keeping protein up will prevent muscle loss during weightloss.
BOOSTING METABOLISM...eating a high protein diet increases metabolism and burns more calories. Also, with more emphasis on protein intake, we typically will consume less calories. BUT ....please consume ENOUGH calories.
Consuming too little is going to wreak havoc on your metabolism and only going to do more harm than good and hold oj to fat longer than it needs to.
Now, all that being said... I'm ready to abandon my kids Halloween bags 😆🤣

This year has been one with a lot of new adventures for me. From starting a Holistic Nutritionist program to homeschooling my kids and everything Covid in-between🤪.
And here I am again at the start of yet another new adventure. And I am so excited for it.
I have always had a passion for helping people and natural health, I've always had the ability to connect with people heart to heart and build connections that always stay with me.
God has been moving in my life in such inspiring ways, and i continue seeing evidence of His workings that astonish me.
I have found something that completely aligns with my beliefs, with me and with my family and I couldn't be more happy to leave you all in the dark and tell you real soon just what it is! 😆😘.

Also, i think its improtant to document yourself. Measurements, photos, not just the scale. Probably barely ever the scale in my opinion. tbh, the scale hardly ever changes for me. 🤔 But those legs do. 😆🤦🏼‍♀️
And always have a goal. When you accomplish it, make a new one. Photos help to see the progress first hand. When you think you haven't come far do a little comparison😁
