We’ve spent a lot of this gardening season talking about how to keep doing something you love—and introducing you to some of the healthcare professionals who might be part of your “gardening team.”
Most recently, we introduced you to our chiropractic team.
And that brings us to a question we hear a lot:
“If I start chiropractic care, will I have to go forever?”
No. You don’t have to.
But we think there might be a more important question:
What do you want to be able to keep doing for as long as possible?
Maybe it’s gardening.
Maybe it’s travelling, working, running, playing with your kids, caring for your family, or someday getting down on the floor with your grandchildren—and getting back up again.
Because most of us don’t invest in our health because we want more healthcare.
We invest in our health because we want more life.
And we don’t believe chiropractic care is the answer to everything.
Sometimes the right support is chiropractic care. Sometimes it’s massage therapy or acupuncture. Sometimes it’s physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise, better sleep, medical care—or another member of your healthcare team entirely.
The goal isn’t dependency on care.
The goal is maintaining the capacity and independence to keep showing up for the life that matters to you.
That’s what we mean when we say Live Well Long.
We explored this idea more deeply in our newest blog:

What’s something you hope you’ll still be able to do 20, 30, or 40 years from now?
Do you need chiropractic care forever? This article explores a different way to think about maintenance, care, independence, and long-term health- and why ongoing care may support the life you want.
