Job Offering: Office Administrator

We are hiring for an office administrator at a local health care clinic. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 to 4:00 with the possibility of additional hours. Remuneration to be based on the skills and abilities of the successful applicant. Expected to range between 22 - 25 dollars per hour.

Office Administrator duties include but are not limited to:

Reception
third party billing
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliations and Deposits
maintenance of Office records
Liaison between patient and insurance companies

The successful candidate will be pleasant with a "How can I help?" attitude, resourceful, task oriented, well organized, self-directed and eager to work.
