We are open with normal house Saturday and Sunday. MONDAY we operate on a modified schedule: 9 AM Easy Beginners and 10:30 AM Restorative Flow. Happy long weekend everyone!

**SCHEDULE UPDATE** Hey all! Here is an updated version of our regular schedule effective today. One change to note—we've cancelled the Noon Power Yoga 45 classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can still catch Joe for 45-minute Power Yoga classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Noon, as well as Monday and Wednesday night at 6 PM.

Power Vinyasa Yoga for the win! "The findings suggest that a yoga exercise prescription, conducted twice weekly for 8–10 weeks, lasting ≤ 30 min per session, and of high intensity, is the most effective approach for improving the sleep quality of individuals with sleep disturbances."

Scientists know exercise is an important factor in getting a good night's sleep, but it's unclear which types of exercise have the greatest effects.

We're co-teaching a free class in Frost Park next Friday at 4:30 PM! Yoga is literally what brought us together as a couple thirteen years ago, so each year around our wedding anniversary, we like to teach a class together.

No pre-registration is required. This event is free, beginner-friendly, and open to all ages and skill levels. Please bring a yoga mat. In case of rain, we'll move indoors to our yoga studio at 350 Main Street, just down the road. This class replaces the 4:30 PM All Levels class at our studio for one day only.
