Imagine having more mental space for your actual life.

Less calculating.
Less compensating.
Less “should.”
Less guilt.
Less body checking.
Less worrying about whether you ate too much or moved enough.

And more:
☕️ coffee and a sweet treat with a friend
🍝 spontaneous dinners
🌊 beach days
💃 dancing
✈️ travelling
🌳 walking outside
😂 laughing until your stomach hurts
📸 taking the photo
🛋️ resting when you’re tired

Food, movement, and your body are parts of your life.
They don’t have to become the whole thing.

More life. Less rules. 💛

If exercise has always been:

“I need to burn off what I ate.”
“I need to make up for dinner.”
“I have to earn my food.”
“I need to lose weight.”

…it makes sense that movement might not feel very appealing.

Movement doesn’t have to be something you do TO your body.

It can be something you do WITH your body.

🚶🏻‍♀️You can walk (or kayak! 🛶) because the weather is beautiful.
💃🏻 Dance because you love music.
🏊🏼‍♀️ Swim because it feels good.
🏋🏻‍♀️ Lift weights because you enjoy feeling strong.
🧘🏻‍♀️ Stretch because your body feels stiff.

💆🏻‍♀️And you can rest because you want to rest.

Movement doesn’t have to be punishment to be valuable. Do what you like and what feels good for your body 💛

If you’ve spent years trying to avoid sugar 🚫🍭 it makes sense that you might feel a little out of control around it.

When a food is labelled as “bad,” “addictive,” or something you need to restrict, your brain can start treating it as scarce. We hear that message constantly and it makes sugar seem exciting and interesting‼️

And when you finally allow yourself to have it? Of course you might want more, or even feel out of control. 😰

That doesn’t mean you’re addicted to sugar. It may mean you’re stuck in the restrict-binge cycle 🔄
Restrict→ crave → eat/binge → guilt → back to restrict. This feels like evidence that you can’t control yourself around it, so you must be addicted.

In reality, allowing yourself to enjoy sugar, alongside other foods, can actually help remove that sense of urgency and excitement around sugar. And it doesn’t mean you’ll suddenly want unlimited sweets forever. It just means that when foods become less forbidden, they become less interesting, too.

It can seem counterintuitive, but give it a try! Try giving yourself permission and include sugar as a part of your eating schedule. ✅

If you feel like you are stuck in a loop of the binge-restrict cycle, you feel addicted to sugar, or you need help practicing permission to eat, book a free 20 minute consultation with me. I’m happy to support you through healing your relationship with food! 💛

Ever experienced the binge-restrict cycle 🔄

Restricting food → feeling deprived & thinking about food more → bingeing/overeating → guilt & shame → “I’ll be stricter tomorrow” → restriction again.

And the cycle continues. 🌀

This isn’t about a lack of willpower. Restriction itself can keep the cycle going.

Breaking the cycle starts with consistent, adequate, and flexible eating, and actually giving yourself permission to enjoy ALL foods — not more rules.🤍
