✨ An Update ✨

As my practice continues to grow and evolve, I want to take a moment to thank every one of you who has supported me, trusted me with your care, and continued to choose my space as part of your wellness routine. 🤍

Effective October 1/2026, there will be an adjustment to my massage therapy rates:

• 30 minutes — $70
• 45 minutes — $90
• 60 minutes — $110
• 90 minutes — $150

This adjustment allows me to continue providing the quality of care, time, and attention that I want each treatment to have, while continuing to invest in my education, treatment space, and the overall experience I provide.

My practice is also gradually evolving toward a more whole-body approach to wellness — with greater emphasis on relaxation, nervous system regulation, restorative massage and treatments designed to help you truly slow down and reset.

Thank you so much for continuing to support my small business. I genuinely appreciate every appointment, referral, review, and person who walks through my door. 🌙

I’m on a roll here guys..

After years of having my Reiki Level I&II certifications, I have finally decided to start integrating this into my practise. 😱

Reiki Energy Sessions are now available online for booking to my existing clientele. 🥰 If you have ever wondered about reiki and what it can do for you, now is the time.

During a Reiki session, light touch or hands held just above the body are used to encourage the flow of energy and promote a sense of calm and harmony. 🤲🏻

Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and refreshed after a session. Reiki may help reduce stress, support emotional wellness, enhance self-awareness, and complement other health and wellness practices.

Each session is personalized to your individual needs and provides a peaceful space for rest, relaxation, and healing.

Very shortly I will be adding a new service to my practice!

After completing my Level 1 Lymphatic Drainage Therapy training, I’m excited to begin offering this gentle and effective treatment to my clients.

The lymphatic system plays an important role in fluid balance, immune function, and overall health. Lymphatic Drainage Therapy uses delicate, precise techniques to encourage healthy lymph flow and support the body’s natural healing processes.

If you’ve been dealing with:
✔️ Puffiness or swelling
✔️ Fluid retention
✔️ Feelings of heaviness
✔️ Stress and tension
✔️ A desire to support overall wellness

This may be a wonderful addition to your self-care routine.
