Coach Teanna has designed a 6-week structured program for busy athletes running before school so they can train without adding to their already packed evenings of practices, games, and outdoor activities. Plus, starting the day with movement helps set a positive tone by boosting energy, focus, and confidence for the day ahead.

Brady Harland on the far left stopped by for a picture with the staff to thank them for their ongoing support of our Goals For Yorkton Kidsport! Evolve contributed $10 for each regular season home goal scored this year. With 124 goals finding the back of the net they donated a generous $1240! THANK YOU EVOLVE!!
