I am beyond grateful and excited to officially announce that I am now a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator!

This journey has been so much more than earning a certification. It has been one of deep personal growth, healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Experiencing the incredible power of 9D Breathwork firsthand has strengthened my passion for helping others release what no longer serves them, reconnect with themselves, and step into their fullest potential.

As the owner of Heart and Soul Healing Centre, I am honoured to now offer this extraordinary healing experience to our community. 9D Breathwork combines conscious breathing with immersive sound technology, guided hypnosis, binaural beats, somatic healing, and powerful subconscious reprogramming to create a truly life-changing experience.

Whether you’re looking to heal from past experiences, reduce stress and anxiety, reconnect with yourself, or simply experience profound personal transformation, I would be honoured to guide you on your journey.

Hey Friends Heart & Soul Healing Centre will be closed from July 11–24.
