Sunburn can happen faster than you think, especially under Bali’s tropical sun ☀️🌴
If your skin is feeling red, hot, or sore after a beach or pool day, don’t ignore it. Here’s what to do:
🌿 Get out of the sun and stay in the shade
💧 Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
🧊 Cool the skin with a cool shower or damp towel
🧴 Keep your skin moisturized with a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer or aloe vera
🚫 Don’t peel the skin or pop any blisters
🩺 Seek medical help if you develop severe pain, extensive blistering, fever, dizziness, vomiting, confusion, or signs of dehydration or infection.
And once your skin has healed, protect it with SPF 30+ sunscreen, shade, and protective clothing. 🧴👒
