Notification of price increase

From January 2026, my price will be increasing from £45 to £50 a session. I have taken the decision to apply this increase now, as it hasn't been raised at all since I began working from The Acupuncture Shed in 2022. As you know, all costs have gone up substantially including heating, lighting, needles, couch roll, insurance and so on. I have been informing my regular clients of this change in person where I can, and I hope you understand.

As before, each session comprises an hour and is charged at the same rate, whether acupuncture, Reiki, Tui Na or Hopi ear candling.

It's always so lovely to receive messages like this. This gorgeous lady came for acupuncture and massage on a sore shoulder yesterday. As we know, when sleep is impacted (through pain or for other reasons), it has a knock-on effect on everything.

How is it December already?! This year has gone so quickly ...

In nature, the trees are bare and dormant. The winter sun is fleeting and lower in the sky. The ground is hard, and it's hibernation time for so many creatures.

Many of us, on the other hand, are revved up, rushing around, caught up in the season's festivities and hurtling towards Christmas, hoping that our energy will last until then.

There's no harm in slowing down, stopping, taking some time to reflect. Accepting that our energy may be lower, saying no to things that don't serve us.

However, if "jingle all the way" is more your style, that's OK too 😀.
