This weekend absolutely filled my heart. 💛

I had the opportunity to meet so many incredible people, share Crystal Messages, and introduce my new booklet, *Sacred Compass: Daily Rituals*. The response honestly humbled me. Hearing people say, "This is exactly what I needed," reminded me why I created it in the first place.

One conversation kept coming up over and over:

*Healing doesn't have to be complicated.*

Sometimes healing looks like a quiet morning ritual.
Sometimes it's taking one deep breath before walking into work.
Sometimes it's journaling.
Sometimes it's pulling a tarot card for reflection.
And sometimes...
..it's dancing.

The more I grow, the more I realize that Sacred Compass isn't just a booklet or a workshop. It's the heart behind everything I do.

Whether I'm sitting with someone in therapy, offering a Crystal Message, teaching a workshop, or leading Dance Fitness at the WREC, my goal is always the same:

Help people reconnect with themselves.
Help them be present.
Help them care for their mind, body, and spirit in simple, meaningful ways.

So if you're one of my new followers—welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
