A lot of clinic owners often think that there's something that they need to DO when they are in a position of leadership...
..But actually it couldn't be further from the truth...

A very important piece that has nothing to do with doing anything is actually just to connect...

Sharing, engaging, exchanging.
Listening, understanding, considering.

It requires nothing further for you to do... but actually more for you to just BE.

Of course weeks are busy-af...
But when it's time to connect then focus on that...

Inspiring, educating and coaching clinicians and clinic owners.

Helping people grow personally and professionally has been something that I'm grateful for as it has in turn enabled me to discover myself.

Recapturing how I represent what it is that I do to support people in their journey has been one of the most challenging things I have had to do so far in my career.

I am bringing a monsoon of training and development for clinicians and clinic owners that is a collection of everything that I've found helpful that has forged my career so far...

The minute a leader stops being a student, they have entered the realm of arrogance.

Patients and Business have handed me bigger lessons than any degree could teach.

It's been humbling and I'm grateful.

More recently, what I have been learning is the monumental and instant shift social psychology and culture can have on the mindset of every person inside a business.

The difference between staying awake with anxious thoughts and sleeping comfortably looking forward to the next day. This difference can happen in an instant.

A leader that is not a student will not notice this.
