It is that time of year, and so many of us are catching a bug and getting sick with the weather the change of seasons bring.

Some ways you can build up your immunity and alleviate discomfort is with our lovely essential oil droppers. These can be used in a myriad of ways. Here are some ideas:

- Add a few drops in your diffuser to purify the air
- Steam inhalation by adding hot water into a bowl with a few drops of EO. Cover your head with a towel and inhale to help with congestion and aid in breathing
- Add a few drops of EO in a shower or bath for a spa like experience. This also helps with congestion and breathing
- Add a few drops on your pillowcase to gain for blends like our Deep Sleep and Soothe and Relax for a more peaceful rest
