Fabian is hosting his ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨YIN YOGA LUNCH CLASS AT 12.15 PM✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues rather than the muscles. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow and enhances the flow of chi in the organs. And it calms and influences positively your mind. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤔 Which practice can you expect in a YING YOGA CLASS? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡 The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💡During the asanas, muscles are relaxed to avoid muscle spasm, which could result from engaging muscles for long periods.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙌🏼 We live in a world of deadlines and appointments, craziness and stress. What better way to switch off than to sit still in poses from three to ten minutes? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
By doing Yin, you are giving yourself plenty of time to do nothing other than ‘just breathe.’⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is a truly perfect way to find space, to slow your mind down, and to be guided deeper into your practice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Exactly what you need ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Join Fabian today for a lovely Lunch Break. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Best thing: No Registration needed, just drop in, take the stairs, change yourself and begin to relax for 1 hour 💛⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

✨ WELCOME TO SATYA YOGA BASEL✨

We are a very intimate, charming little Studio in the Heart of Kleinbasel.
All our Classes are in ENGLISH, but even if you don't speak or understand it fluently - don't worry, you will get everything you need to get 💫

Our philosophy is to create a familiar, homey atmosphere, so that you can be exactly how you are.

Maybe scared, maybe stressed, maybe moody or maybe very excited and happy 😃

Just be you 💛

You will meet yourself on the mat, meet your breath and you will be able to let it go 🙌🏼

You will be present in this very moment while you move your body to the rhythm of your breathing (and the teacher's voice😅)

Feeling like that is what you need?

Check out our website to get our Weekly Schedule or take a glimpse at our IG HIGHLIGHTS where they are shown aswell.

💥 TODAY'S CLASS:

What is your mood today and you do NEED YOGA to change it?💁🏼‍♀️
