The OS 4 Up era has begun in India 💛

From the first installation to the first surgery, the OS 4 Up is now in clinical use at Chaithanya Eye Hospital & Research Institute , with Dr. Unnikrishnan Nair becoming the first OS 4 Up user in India 🦅

What began as a launch has now entered the operating room 🔬. New technology, real surgical practice and a milestone moment for us in one of the world’s most dynamic ophthalmic markets.

The sharp, lance-shaped blade of the Caliburn Trocar System delivers high cutting force and forms the foundation for smooth entry 🚪. In combination with the bevelled design of the trocar cannula, it enables a consistent insertion with up to 43 % less pe*******on force.

The bevelled cannula is precisely aligned with the knife, enabling accurate insertion of both the knife and the trocar into the sclera 👁️. Clear tactile markings on the handle let you immediately feel the correct orientation, eliminating the need for visual control under the microscope * 🔬
