If your path happens to lead you through Lisbon, there is a yoga studio called Ministry of Yoga that is well worth a visit.
It is one of those places where practice is approached with both rigour and openness, while also—if only for a moment—immersing the practitioner in the rhythm of this enchanting city. This vibrant pulse will indeed pervade the way movement unfolds in the shala.

Good teaching transcends labels.
Perhaps there comes a point when names, affiliations, and carefully crafted identities may matter less than the quality of presence in the room. It is recognized by its clarity, its generosity, and the intention behind it.
Beyond methods, lineages, and narratives, something intangible is breathed in and breathed out.
