Why are your bookings binding and why do you owe the amount if you cancel at short notice?

I always prepare myself for a consciously lesson and a treatment, i.e. I invest my energy, my expertise and above all my precious time to offer you a safe space for self-regulation and reflection.

As a self-employed person, I am led by demand and need and often plan my professional and private appointments accordingly.

So when you sign up and book one of my offers, I completely commit to it and close the space for other projects.

If this source of income suddenly disappears, it not only creates a financial gap but also blocks my ongoing & further development.

Until now, I have accepted the fact of wasted energy, but now it no longer feels right to me.
I have long thought about whether and how this straightforward decision will affect my often very flexibility-loving clients and, to be honest, the fear of being booked less is connected with it.

However, after much soul-searching, I realise that my own time is the most valuable to me and that I can use it a lot better with this step.

I am also on a journey of inner understanding and am going through my own processes. If you know me, you know that I live them transparently and stand up for them with openness.

The current phase is called: recognize your value and allow yourself to also receive exactly this value.
Until now I have often hesitated energetically when it came to earning enough money with my qualified and enthusiastic commitment.
But within me it is calling for courage, for self-confidence and for appreciation.
