Gerne teile ich mit anderen die Freude daran. Meine eigene Yogapraxis, sowie stetige Aus- & Weiterbildungen inspirieren mich für die Yogastunden.

HATHA YOGA - Gentle Flow
S YOGA - prenatal

Sei es auf der Judo- oder Yogamatte, auf dem Surfbrett oder auf dem Snowbard, bei einem Lauf am See oder durch den Wald faszinieren und begleiten mich Bewegungen in meinem Leben. Im Zentrum stehen fliessende Bewegungen im Rhythmus des Atems, welcher uns wie das Wasser in verschiedene Formen bringen kann. "Don't get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle;
You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend."
- Bruce Lee
