J'ai commencé à lire un nouveau manuel, et j'ai pensé faire une série de publications pour souligner certaines citations intéressantes : Dans notre vie quotidienne, si l'hyperactivité du système sympathique persiste trop longtemps, nous devenons épuisés à cause de la consommation d'énergie stockée ; notre système immunitaire est supprimé ; nous sommes plus susceptibles de tomber malades; et enfin notre environnement corporel constant, l'homéostasie, commence à décliner....
