We are pleased to announce that the European Course in Neuroradiology, Diagnostic and Interventional – 19th Cycle, Module 1: Anatomy and Embryology, taking place live online from 8–12 November 2026, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®️) for 34 European CME credits (ECMEC®️s).

Participants are reminded that they should claim only the credits corresponding to the time actually spent in the educational activity.
To receive their CME certificate, participants must complete the online evaluation form, which will be available for up to 30 days after the course. Further instructions will be provided by email.

🤖 AI is reshaping the future of neuroradiology — but how do we make sure we use it effectively in clinical practice?

Meet Clemente García-Hidalgo, MD, MSc., who will be part of the European Workshop on AI in Neuroimaging: “Bridging Minds and Machines: AI Implementation and Human-AI Interaction in Neuroradiology.”

Clemente is a radiologist at HGU Morales Meseguer in Murcia, Spain, and a doctoral researcher with the Translational Imaging Biomarkers Group (TRIBIO) at the University of Murcia. He is also a 2026 Yves Menu European Society of Radiology Fellow and a member of the Radiology: AI Trainee Editorial Board of RSNA.

Beyond his clinical and research work, Clemente contributes to the radiology community through his work with SERAM and the ESNR Communication Committee, with a particular interest in communication, education and the evolving role of AI in our field.

Dennis Hedderich, Chairperson of the ESNR Artificial Intelligence Committee, and Clemente García-Hidalgo, MD, MSc., of the ESNR Communication Committee, invite you to join the European Workshop on AI in Neuroimaging: “Bridging Minds and Machines: AI Implementation and Human-AI Interaction in Neuroradiology.”

After six years as Chair of the ESNR Clinical Head & Neck Subcommittee, Prof. Katarina Šurlan Popovič has seen first-hand the value of collaboration, shared knowledge and bringing colleagues together from across different countries and backgrounds.

As ESNR Vice President, she wants to build on that experience and expand our connections even further — across Europe and throughout the world.

Working closely with ESNR President Prof. Cem Çallı, she will support a shared vision for the future of neuroradiology: a stronger, more connected and truly international community, where knowledge and opportunities can reach beyond borders.
