“Do you mind if I talk for a while about something I love?”
About WATER 💦
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s perfect.
Because the more I learn about it, the more I realize how little attention we give to something that makes life possible.
The ocean covers more than 70% of our planet 🌍
Our bodies are made up of around 60% water 💦
It shapes landscapes.
It carries life.
It regulates our bodies.
It connects every living thing on Earth.
Yet most of us only think about water when we’re thirsty.
I’ve spent years exploring the underwater world, and one thing it has taught me is this:
The things that sustain us are often the things we take for granted.
Maybe that’s why I’m so curious about water—not just the ocean, but the water we choose to drink every day.
Because sometimes better health doesn’t start with something extraordinary.
It starts by paying attention to the ordinary.
What has nature taught you that you still carry with you today? I am curious to hear it in the comments 👇🏽
