Dr. Marco Zeltner is an experienced clinician with a focus on esthetic and reconstructive implant dentistry.

He treated an elderly patient who presented with a loose crown and apical infection at teeth #23/24; both teeth were deemed non-restorable.

As the patient had multiple chronic conditions and low esthetic expectations, minimizing appointments was essential.

Dr. Zeltner extracted both teeth and immediately placed the implants to reduce the number of visits. Given the extent of the defect, a stable regenerative environment was crucial.
