Special class for the International Women’s day!

There are two goodies involved:

1.
Alina will donate all the income from the class to , so that they can use it as means for the organisation of the annual 14. June 2023 strike.

2. There is a special (material!) gift to all the girls that come to class :)

The class is around the time of the Full Moon in March, so it’s perfect to do some Moon honouring practices - we will do a Moon Salutation and explore some circular flows to connect with with the feminine energy in the body. (Any other genders and non-gender identifying people are welcome too!)

Boost your immunity

XL Class, Hatha Vinyasa + Sound

Saturday’s Hatha Vinyasa is back, in February a collaboration with Miquel, who is going to provide some nice sound during and after the class.

Since it’s winter time and we are all catching a lot of colds, the topic of the Saturday will be how to boost your immunity, a flow with a focus on kidneys and stomach, and some practical Ayurvedic tips on the best winter diet for immunity.

Dear Yogis,

As we kicked off 2023, we face now fresh starts, thanks to the calendar they happen every year. However, who or what gets to determine when the old ends and the new begins? It’s really a day on a calendar, a celebration, a new year? What’s important is that we can always have a new beginning if we feel it's the moment.

We used this week to tidy and reorganise a bit our studio so it's ready for any new beginnings you want to share with us. Maybe beginning with Yoga?

We invite you to take some time for your practice and to join us in our classes and offerings this year.
