A heartfelt thank you to Holmes Place and our incredible coaches! ✨

We have officially wrapped up the very first pilot programme for our ARISE (Actionable Risk Insights to Support Employees) tool, and we are feeling incredibly grateful.

A huge thank you to Holmes Place for being such wonderful partners. Joining their recent Polar Plunge event was an absolute highlight, giving us the perfect opportunity to meet their community, chat with members, and introduce them to our workflow.

We also want to send a special, heartfelt thank you to our coaching team: Susanne Boethius, Executive Life Design, Monika Suter, Lifetec AG, Tessa Richter, Our Creative Minds and Alejandra Avila, Empowered Coaching.

Thank you for the coaching sessions. Your guidance made a world of difference to everyone who stepped up to focus on their wellbeing, and we look forward to continuing our journey with you.

Thank you to everyone who took part, supported us, and helped bring this pilot to life!

When a normally brilliant leader suddenly starts missing deadlines or losing their edge, the standard corporate playbook is heartbreakingly cold. We initiate a performance improvement plan. We send HR paperwork. We start tracking metrics.

But a sudden drop in a high-performer’s output isn't a disciplinary issue. It is a brilliant human being silently screaming that they have hit permanent, unsustainable burnout.

Treating an exhausted executive like a broken machine doesn’t fix the problem; it accelerates the crash. It breaks institutional trust, creates panic, and strips away their dignity when they are already drowning.

True key person support requires absolute, private sanctuary. It means building a quiet framework behind the scenes where a leader can step back and access specialized burnout prevention safely, without public exposure or corporate shame. f your mitigation strategy waits until your top talent completely breaks before you offer support, your leadership pipeline is already broken. The person who built the business strategy is worth infinitely more than the raw data on a slide.

To my fellow leaders: When your top talent begins to struggle under the weight of corporate stress, do you offer them a safety net, or a performance pipeline? Let’s change how we protect our people below.

Are you actually tired? Or are you just exhausted from the performance? For many high-achieving professionals, especially within the neurodivergent community, the most draining part of the corporate workday isn't the strategic ex*****on. It is the invisible energy spent masking to fit a standardized mold.

We spend eight hours a day performing. Modulating our tone, suppressing sensory overload, forcing neurotypical social cues, and overcompensating just to blend into traditional workplace structures.

By 5 PM, it feels like you are losing yourself to the room.

This isn't ordinary fatigue. It is adrenaline fatigue driven by chronic psychological overexertion. When high performance requires a permanent mask, the cost is your baseline peace. Sustainable corporate cultures shouldn't require you to minimize your cognitive profile to lead effectively.

True executive wellbeing starts when we design workplace systems that respect diverse cognitive wiring instead of demanding a flawless performance.

To my fellow leaders: How much energy are you spending on the "performance" versus the actual work this week? Let’s change the conversation below.

The Elephant in the Boardroom: I’ve sat in high-level executive meetings where we map out strategic frameworks, business growth, and ROI. Yet, no one mentions the invisible weight the working mothers in the room are carrying. 🐘

We are expected to lead corporate teams like we don't have children, and parent our families like we don't have a career.

It is time to stop ignoring the severe adrenaline fatigue of the primary parent. High performance should never cost you your psychological safety or your personal peace.

“It’s not that you aren’t doing enough. It’s that the system is out of breath.”

As leaders and working parents, we are taught to measure our worth by our capacity to hold it all together. The strategy decks, the stakeholder alignment, the bedtime routines, the invisible mental tracking of everyone else’s needs.

So when we feel overwhelmed, our instinct is to assume we are failing.

But recognizing that your “mental tabs” are full isn’t a sign of weakness. It is structural data. It’s an internal operating system signaling that it needs a reset.

High performance cannot exist in a state of permanent overload. Sometimes, the most strategic, productive thing you can do both for your organization and your family — is to intentionally close one tab.

Not tomorrow. Today.

True prevention starts when we stop treating rest like a reward and start treating it like a prerequisite to sustainable ex*****on.

What is one non-essential “background tab” you can intentionally close right now?

“Work-life balance” sounds like something you can achieve if you just buy the right app or manage your calendar better.

But for most parents, it doesn’t feel like a balance. It feels like a constant mental overflow. It’s the “Invisible Load” of managing a career while simultaneously tracking school schedules, lunchboxes, and the million small things that keep a home running.

When we try to carry everything at once, we aren’t just multitasking. We are depleting our internal battery.

We spend so much energy on time management, but we rarely talk about transition management.

When a high-stakes day ends, many of us reach for our phones as a way to switch gears. We think scrolling is a break, but it is often just a continuation of cognitive load. Your brain does not see the scroll as a rest. It sees it as hundreds of new pieces of information to process and hundreds of other lives to filter through. It keeps your nervous system in work mode while your body is trying to sit still.

A real transition ritual is a biological reset.

A short walk through the neighborhood or a moment in a park is a social vitamin for the mind. It is about moving the body to signal to the brain that the day is actually over. This movement helps the cortisol drop and allows the mental fog to clear. It creates the buffer we need to actually be present when we walk through our own front door.

You do not need a vacation to recover. You just need a better way to end the day.
