Start your day with a peaceful 60-minute Yin Yoga session under the open tent, accompanied by live guitar music. Stretch, breathe, and center yourself; then enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Street Food Festival Zurich. A perfect way to unwind from the week.

Each day features a unique sequence, so you can join all dates for a richer experience.

When: Every Sunday morning from May 31st to June 28th from 9 to 10 am

Live Music and Yin Yoga: Persian-tuned Guitar by and Yoga Teacher
Language: English and Swiss German

Price:
CHF 25.- per person if you sign up online via the form below
CHF 30.- walk-in 5-10 minutes before class starts (pay by card, twint or cash)
CHF 45 for 2 people via online booking
CHF 18.- for teenagers, students/IV/Kulturlegi (send a copy of the Ausweis when you sign in online)

Monday–Thursday: CHF 31.50/hour instead of CHF 50
Friday–Sunday: CHF 37.80/hour instead of CHF 60

Lasse dich im naturverbundenen Yoga von der Kraft der Natur und der Weisheit des Ayurveda leiten. Die fünf Elemente – Erde, Wasser, Feuer, Luft und Äther (Raum) – bilden dabei die Grundlage unserer Praxis. Mit den wechselnden Jahreszeiten wandeln sich auch die Bedürfnisse von Körper und Geist. Deshalb gestalte ich jede Stunde im Einklang mit den aktuellen Rhythmen der Natur. Mein Yoga lädt dich ein, die ureigenen Zyklen zu spüren – mal erdend und kraftvoll, mal fliessend und leicht.

Yin & Yoga Nidra
with Suzon

This Sunday morning class offers a holistic experience to help you relax and renew. We’ll begin with gentle movements to softly awaken the body and improve circulation, followed by a deep Yin yoga practice to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite stillness. The session ends with a guided Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and restoration.
