15 years as a plastic surgeon have taught me that the best results are rarely about doing more.
They’re about making thoughtful decisions from the beginning. Choosing the right surgeon. Knowing when less is enough. And giving recovery the same attention as the surgery itself.
I’ve also learned to let go of perfection. Every face is different. Perfect symmetry isn’t the goal. Preserving what makes you recognisable while restoring balance is.
Techniques evolve. Technology changes. But these principles continue to shape the way I approach every patient.
