Here's a question worth sitting with: you take the supplements, but how do you actually know they're working?
Most supplementing is guesswork. The fix is a simple loop: test first to see where you stand, supplement with a target in mind, then re-test to confirm it actually moved.
For the common ones that means ferritin for iron, a blood level for vitamin D, holo-TC and homocysteine for B12 (not just total B12), and your omega-3 index. Some people absorb poorly, some doses are too low, and more isn't always better, only a re-test tells you which.

Source / grounding: "Test, supplement, re-test" mirrors Ahead's re-test-and-compare step (how-it-works). Marker specifics from Ahead's B12 blog (holo-TC + homocysteine) and iron blog (ferritin); omega-3 index via the Omega-3 & 6 add-on (FAQ).
