Growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Growth happens in the tension of loving imperfect people while they love an imperfect you. It happens in forgiveness, difficult conversations, sacrifice, accountability and choosing commitment over comfort.

Am I communicating?

Peter is wrong… cos this isn’t really about Psquare. It’s about the mistakes many families make when money enters the picture.

When doing bu$iness with family, keep these things in mind…

1) Don’t do bu$iness on vibes or assumptions. Agree on roles, ownership, salaries and profit sharing from the start, and put it in writing.

2) Love doesn’t remove the need for accountability. In fact, it makes it even more important.

3) Be open about the money. Everyone involved should know what’s coming in, what’s going out and how profits are shared.

4) Being the eldest or the most respected in the family doesn’t automatically mean you deserve a bigger share. People should be rewarded based on what they bring to the table.

5) Don’t let family emotions run the bu$iness. Handle disagreements like bu$iness partners, not offended relatives.

6) Speak up early when something doesn’t feel right. Problems don’t disappear cos everyone is related. They usually get worse.

7) Don’t mistake leadership with control. A good leader serves the team instead of using the team like Jude.

8 ) If you can’t be transparent with one another, you’re probably not ready to be bu$iness partners.

Family bu$inesses have created incredible wealth, but they’ve also torn families apart.

The difference is rarely about who is talented and who is not. It’s usually about honesty, fairness and the willingness to treat each other with respect, even when money is involved.

Don’t ever let blo0d become an excuse for exploitation. Protect the relationship with the same care you protect the bu$iness.

Wisdom is paramount.

If this teaching added value to your life and you’d love to keep learning with me, kindly follow this page.

Imagine two brothers working together, singing, dancing, traveling the world and building a brand from their talent.

Then there’s a third brother who neither sings nor dances, isn’t the one on stage, isn't an inve$tor either, yet reportedly takes 40% while the two doing the work share 30% each.

Whether every detail of the Psquare story is accurate or not, one thing is clear: family should never become a permission to exploit family.

Love should not replace fairness.

Bl0od ties should not silence accountability.

Trust should never be used as an excuse to take advantage of the people who built something with their sweat.

Some of the deepest betr△yals don’t come from strangers oh.

They come from people you never imagined would put their own interests above your sacrifice.

In bu$iness, even with family, let there be transparency, clear agreements and fairness.

Relationships may thrive on love, but they survive on trust and justice.

Wisdom is paramount.
