Meet the SINTECH JT-600, a fully automatic ampoule head visual inspection machine built for stable, high-speed pharma production.

A precision infeed screw system ensures smooth bottle handling and helps prevent breakage. The modular design allows fast format changes and easy daily maintenance.

With customized lighting, dual inspection stations, and six image captures per bottle, the JT-600 delivers true 360-degree inspection of the ampoule tip, neck, and flame-sealed area. Dedicated algorithms accurately detect fine details and shallow-focus defects.

The bearing-steel frame provides long-term stability and durability. Defective bottles are rejected automatically, while good products exit smoothly.
