还记得之前做咬合重建时每次抬高都很敬小慎微，因为这步走的太急容易出问题，久而久之就总结出了一套分步走的方法也没有那么紧张了。但是这个案例在经过计算后需要抬高14毫米，更需要敬小慎微，从颌板到过渡性义齿到第一幅临时冠调颌稳定一共耗时三个月，现阶段肌肉关节发音咬合均无不适，总算可以松一口气了。期待下一副临时冠和最终修复的样子。
”I still remember how meticulous and cautious I used to be every time I increased the vertical dimension during occlusal reconstructions. Rushing this step can easily lead to complications, but over time, I developed a step-by-step approach that made the process much less nerve-wracking.
However, calculations for this specific case showed that a vertical increase of 14 millimeters was required, demanding an even higher level of extreme caution. It took a total of three months to progress from the occlusal splint to the transitional prosthesis, and finally to achieving a stable occlusal adjustment with the first set of provisional crowns. At this current stage, there is absolutely no discomfort regarding the muscles, joints, phonetics, or occlusion, and I can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
I am really looking forward to seeing the next set of provisional crowns and the final definitive restoration.“
