This is a fully automatic, portable wet wipe secondary packaging/bundling machine (Cartoning/Bundle Machine).

Its primary function is to take individually bagged mini or portable wet wipes, arrange them with high precision according to preset quantities, and perform secondary packaging (such as sealing multi-pack bundles or pushing them into boxes or outer bags).

Key workflow:
Automatic conveying and product handling: Individual wet wipe packs are fed in via a conveyor belt.
Grouping and quantitative alignment: Pneumatic push plates work in tandem with servo-driven conveyors to group and align the wet wipes according to fixed counts (e.g., 2-pack or 3-pack bundles).
Bundled transfer: The organized bundles of wet wipes are automatically and smoothly pushed to the next stage of the process (such as outer cartoning or a secondary packaging machine), enabling an automated production line.
