En terapia ocupacional, cada actividad tiene un propósito. 💙
En este video vemos una actividad diseñada para estimular habilidades importantes en el desarrollo infantil, como la coordinación, la atención, la planificación motora, la fuerza, la precisión, la integración sensorial y la autonomía.
Aunque parezca un juego, este tipo de ejercicio ayuda al niño a organizar sus movimientos, mejorar su concentración, fortalecer sus manos, seguir instrucciones y responder mejor a los estímulos del entorno.
La terapia ocupacional permite acompañar a cada niño según sus necesidades, respetando su ritmo y potenciando sus capacidades para la vida diaria: vestirse, escribir, jugar, alimentarse, aprender y relacionarse mejor con su entorno.
