En este primer control retiramos vendajes y drenes, revisamos la evolución y, aunque todavía hay inflamación, morados y heridas recientes, el cambio en el cuello ya empieza a ser muy evidente.

Three days after a Deep Plane Facelift, we can already start to see the result taking shape.
At this first follow-up, we remove the dressings and drains and check the healing process. There is still some swelling, bruising, and fresh incisions, but the change in the neck is already becoming very noticeable.

Parte de hacer bien cirugía plástica también es saber cuándo no hacerla.

Hay cambios que una cirugía puede corregir, pero eso no significa que siempre sea necesario corregirlos. La decisión también depende de cuánto te afecta, qué esperas conseguir y qué lugar ocupa realmente ese cambio en tu vida.

A veces, después de una valoración, la mejor recomendación puede ser no operarse.
