When I was in the shopping mall, I started thinking about what it actually means to constantly buy new things.
Not in a judgmental way. I mean, I also enjoy beautiful things. But I noticed how quickly “I want this” turns into “I need this” — and how easy it is to believe that more will somehow make us feel more complete.
Aparigraha, one of the Yamas from Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga, reminds me that freedom is not found in holding on, collecting more, or filling every empty space. Only when there is emptiness, there is space to receive.
And there is another thing: maybe we do not truly own anything. Not our things, not even our body or this life.
To give, receive, and trust the flow of life. To make space for the unknown to visit us.
This is Aparigraha as I experience it.

Palomino has a very special place in our hearts.

There is something about this land that is hard to explain until you are there. It feels wild, soft, alive, and somehow deeply magnetic. Some places feel almost like portals, and Palomino is one of them. There is a reason why so many people arrive and feel that they do not want to leave.

This November, we return to the land where Ancestral first began, for our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Palomino, Colombia, held at . A very special space with a private beach, an oceanfront shala, and a kind of beauty that becomes part of the journey itself.

For us, where a training happens matters. The land matters. The atmosphere matters. The energy that holds the process matters.

And this place is full of magic.

If you feel called, we would love to welcome you.

Limited spaces available.

Kundalini is one of the most used and least understood words in modern yoga culture.

It is often presented today as activation, intensity, spectacle, or even as a specific style of yoga. But in the older traditions, kundalini pointed to something much deeper: a latent force, a process of transformation, and a path that required preparation, discipline, breath, and inner steadiness.

When a concept like this is stripped of context, it becomes easy to simplify and sell. And that is where much of the confusion begins.

This is not a rejection of kundalini.
It is an invitation to return to it with more depth, more honesty, and more care.

If you feel genuinely called to study this force more deeply, our upcoming 100-hour training offers a space to explore kundalini through practice, philosophy, devotion, and a more grounded relationship with the subtle dimensions of yoga.

I’ve received so many inquiries from people wanting to learn the harmonium…
Many people feel drawn to it, but assume it is difficult to learn. In reality, it is much simpler than it looks.

With the right guidance, you can play your first mantra in just one day.
Over the past years, I have shared this instrument with hundreds of students in retreats and trainings. From this experience, I created a structured harmonium booklet to make the learning process simple, clear, and enjoyable.
It combines a beautifully designed PDF with short video lessons, so you can follow step by step at your own pace.

You don’t need to read music. You don’t need prior experience. You just need a little consistency and the right approach.

Inside the course:• 22 selected mantras for kirtan and devotion• Lyrics, chords, and visual finger placement• 25 short video tutorials• Play-along versions (slow and normal tempo)• 3 difficulty levels: beginner to advanced

This is a limited offer for 39€

If you’ve been feeling the call to learn the harmonium, this might be your moment.

What if the real practice is not only in the movement, but in what the movement begins to awaken?

In a training like this, practice is not only about learning shapes or refining technique.
It is also about what begins to shift underneath form.

The breath.
The attention.
The inner listening.
The deeper intelligence of the body.
The parts of us that begin to remember something more essential when movement is no longer just performance, but presence.

This is part of what we explore inside our training journeys in Colombia through breath, Himalayan Kriya, ritual, devotion, philosophy, and embodied practice.

Not only how to move.
But how to listen.
How to stay.
How to let the path work on you from within.

Our next training begins August 23 in Colombia.
If this path speaks to you, details are waiting through the link in bio.

What do you feel movement reveals when you stay with it long enough?

How do we know if we are ready for a YTT?

For many people, the question is not only about practice.
It is also about worthiness.

Am I flexible enough?
Experienced enough?
Young enough?
Clear enough?
Certain enough?

So many people wait until they feel more formed, more confident, more prepared.
But the path rarely begins from perfection.

Sometimes what brings someone to a training is not certainty, but the need to return to themselves.
To step out of the noise.
To listen more honestly.
To make space for what matters.
To enter a deeper relationship with practice, breath, ritual, and life itself.

Not everyone comes to a YTT because they already know exactly where it will lead.
Sometimes they come because something inside can no longer ignore the call.

If you have been sitting with this question, you are not alone.

Save this for later, or send it to someone standing at this threshold.

What has made you question whether you are ready?

One of the least spoken about parts of a yoga teacher training begins after it ends.

Not because the YTT was not enough.
But because what it opened in you asks to be lived, not only remembered.

This is the part many people are left alone with.
The space after the structure.
After the schedule.
After the intensity.
The moment when your practice becomes quieter, more honest, and more revealing.

For some, this is where doubt begins.
Am I ready to teach?
Should I already feel clearer?
Do I need another yoga teacher training before I can really begin?

But often, what is needed is not more information.
It is more integration.
More embodiment.
More patience with the part of the path that cannot be rushed.

Because teaching does not only happen on the mat.
It also happens through the way you live, the way you choose, the way you return to your practice, and the way your life begins to carry what you have learned.

If you are in that space after a YTT, you are not behind.
You are in the part where the teachings start becoming real.

What was the hardest part for you after your YTT?
