Cuando evalúo una rinoplastia no miro la nariz sola 🩺✨. Mido la frente, los pómulos y el mentón, porque una nariz solo se ve bien en relación con el resto de la cara. La misma forma que funciona en un rostro se ve grande o desproporcionada en otro 📐👤.
Por eso el objetivo no es una nariz nueva. Es que se vea como si siempre hubiera estado ahí ✨👃.
When I evaluate a rhinoplasty, I don't look at the nose in isolation 🩺✨. I measure the forehead, cheekbones, and chin, because a nose only looks good in relation to the rest of the face. The same shape that works on one face can look large or out of proportion on another 📐👤.
That's why the goal isn't a brand new nose. It's making it look like it was always meant to be there ✨👃.
