This is the exact support I sent to a 1:1 coaching client who has been struggling to gain traction with nutrition tracking.
Week after week, tracking kept showing up as an intention.
She knew she wanted to do it.
She knew it would help.
But it still wasn’t consistently showing up in real life.
So finally, I asked her:
Would you be open to trying a different approach?
Do I think consistent nutrition tracking is the most accurate path with the least room for error?
Yes.
But is it the only way to make meaningful progress with nutrition?
Absolutely not.
There are other habits, systems, and environmental changes that can take you very far, especially if tracking simply is not happening right now.
So I mapped this out for her as a way to simplify the process, reduce decision fatigue, and make better choices easier to repeat.
As I was looking it over, I realized this could be helpful for a lot of women in the same place.
Save this for later when you actually have time to read through it and think about how to apply it to your own life.
Because sometimes the answer is not “try harder.”
Sometimes the answer is build a system that makes consistency easier. 💯
