The Sarapiquí River is one of the beautiful natural spots we’re grateful to have near The Yoga Sanctuary.

It nourishes the land, supports wildlife, and creates space for both movement and stillness. Being near it, you can feel how steady and consistent that energy is.

The element of water teaches us a lot. It shows us how to move without force, how to adapt, and how to keep going even when the path isn’t straight. At the same time, it offers moments of calm and reflection.

Spending time by the river is a simple way to reconnect, reset, and remember that we’re a part of nature too.

There is one final space open for our upcoming Herbalism Residency at The Yoga Sanctuary and this is a chance to deepen your relationship with self and nature.
