Twenty- three years ago, after becoming a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Sharon Feanny returned to Jamaica, the land of her birth, with a vision to bring the gift of Yoga to the island. Stop comparing your body to trainers on social media.
Stop jumping to a new program every few weeks.
Stop fearing carbs and fats.
Stop waiting for motivation to light a fire under you.
START exercising and nourishing your body like you actually love yourself ❀

✹ Ditch the comparisons. Focus on YOU and YOUR best self. The only body worth measuring yourself against is the one you had yesterday.
✹ Stick with what works. Strength training, walking, yoga, and movement you genuinely love. I lift weights and flow on my mat because it fills me up. Find your thing and commit to it.
✹ Food is not something to fear but to nourish! Eat protein-forward meals with lots of fibre, veggies, and healthy fats— AND enjoy the foods that bring you joy.
✹ Stop waiting for motivation. Nobody wakes up fired up to work out every day. Not even me. Put it on your calendar like any other appointment — and show up for yourself.

Only you can make the time for you-stop waiting on the perfect circumstances to do it
